MineSec today announces a partnership with Discover® Global Network, the payments brand of Discover, to support the onboarding of Discover acquirers and payment solution providers to the Discover® Tap on Mobile solution.
Through this partnership, MineSec and Discover Global Network offer a strategic jumpstart to innovations in SoftPOS payment experiences across multiple industries such as delivery services, transit, in-store retail and food and beverage services.
The Discover Tap on Mobile (ToM) solution allows merchants to accept contactless Discover payments anywhere by turning any NFC-enabled mobile device, like a smartphone or tablet, into a Contactless D-PAS terminal with no extra hardware. Discover Global Network Cardholders worldwide can simply tap their card or phone on the merchant’s mobile device, and the transaction is completed through the Discover Global Network qualified ToM app that integrates the MineSec SoftPOS Solution.
